Check-in / check-out time?
Check-in from 2pm, check-out until 12.00. In case of late check-in please provide check-in time.

Can I check-in before 2pm, if I arrive early morning or late at night?
Early check-in before 2pm and lade check-out after 12:00 are possible if agreed in advance and are to be paid in the amount of half the rate of accommodation for one night.

Are there lockers at the hotel?
Yes, free of charge.

What currency and what types of cards are accepted at the hotel?
Belarusian rubles. Excepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, БЕЛКАРТ, China Union, internet payments Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureСode, American Express.

Is there exchange and ATM at the hotel?
Yes. Exchange working hours: Mon-Fri – 09.40am - 8.00pm, Sat-Sun – 09.40am – 7.20pm.

Is it possible to check-in to single/double room with a baby and are baby cribs available?
It’s possible to check-in to any room with a baby. Cribs are provided on request. Children under 8 years stay free of charge on existing beds.

What documents do I need for check-in?
Passport, residence permit (for Belarus residents), refugee certificate, military ID, certificate issued in case of loss of an ID, birth certificate for children.

Can I use driver’s license for check-in?
No, as driver’s license is not an identity document.

Is there parking lot at the hotel?
Victoria Olimp Hotel has outdoor and underground parking. Parking services are provided on a fee basis.

Is it possible to make international calls at the hotel? How are the paid?
Possible. Payment at international rates.

Is there a kettle and iron in the room?
A kettle and an iron are provided free of charge on guest’s request.

Are slippers, bathrobes, shaving and tooth brushing kits provided in the room?
Available in superior rooms as well as in double rooms with a king-size bed. And in rooms of standard categories (single and twin rooms with two beds) bathrobes, slippers and other hospitality facilities are provided free of charge on request.
